To shine a light in the inexhaustible archive of forgotten and yet to come ideas by presently aligning our perspectives.
Lost Arc at Haus der Kunst Munich is a hidden archive. The mural in the staff entrance is distorted and reveals itself from the perspective of the surveillance camera. The work takes the view of the doormen who see the hallway both on their monitors and through the large window at the entrance and transfers the image to a flatscreen in the hallway. At the end of the slides you will also find a 3D scan of a vase with wooden flowers. It is a work of Kurt Kleinrubatscha, porter at the Haus der Kunst, who gave me these flowers made of pine cones for a 3D scan and they are now part of Lost Arc.
